Scott Westover recounts stories from his memoir of the team that introduced the Compact Disc Player which became the fastest growing home entertainment product in history. Steve Jobs makes a cameo appearance and Westover will tell you about an unforgettable night with Stevie Wonder that began with a game of air hockey.
The story ends as a cautionary tale of a company that lost its focus and describes how Sony and Westover have redefined themselves to survive. The messages of adapting to change and being resilient are heard loud and clear. "This show is just as relevant to a Fortune 500 company as it is to someone trying to navigate the challenges of life."
